The Association of Qualified Legal Representatives (AQLR) represents Qualified Legal Representatives (QLRs) working within family law and criminal defence.
We support qualified legal representatives appointed under statutory provisions to conduct the cross-examination of vulnerable witnesses where a party is prohibited from doing so in person.
We promote excellence in advocacy, champion fairness, support improvements to the justice system, and uphold the highest professional standards in the delivery of legal representation
