Upholding Ethical Practice
We help define and protect the professional standards of QLRs, providing guidance on navigating the unique ethical boundaries of the role and supporting members facing professional dilemmas.
Training
The AQLR is developing a specialist training programme for Qualified Legal Representatives (QLRs) covering trauma-informed cross-examination, managing proceedings involving unrepresented parties, working with vulnerable witnesses, and evidence management in family and criminal proceedings.
